1. Description of Services
SaaSSkul provides a lead generation platform offering:
- Plan A – Agency Tool Access (SaaS): Website audit tools, AI-generated lead generation strategy plans, and PDF report exports available under Free, Pro ($29/month), and Agency ($79/month) subscription tiers.
- Plan B – Done-For-You Services: Fully managed lead generation services including website audits, funnel pages, ad setup, automation, CRM configuration, and WhatsApp integration, available as one-time or ongoing engagements.
- AI Lead Agent: An AI-powered chatbot for lead qualification and conversion on your website.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use our services. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Promptly update your account information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at support@saasskul.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
3.1 Plan A – SaaS Subscriptions
- Free Plan: 3 website audits per month, 3 AI strategy plans per month. No credit card required.
- Pro Plan: $29.00 USD per month. 50 audits, 50 AI strategy plans, PDF export functionality.
- Agency Plan: $79.00 USD per month. Unlimited audits and AI plans, white-label PDF export, priority support.
3.2 Plan B – Done-For-You Services
- Starter Package: $300.00 USD (one-time). Includes website audit, funnel page, lead form, and WhatsApp integration.
- Growth Package: $800.00 USD (one-time). Includes ads setup, funnel, automation, and CRM configuration.
- Premium Package: Starting at $1,500.00 USD. Full system build plus ongoing monthly support. Final price confirmed after discovery call.
3.3 Billing Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe.
- All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice to active subscribers.
- Usage limits reset on your monthly billing anniversary date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@saasskul.xyz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use our services to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or bulk email
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform
- Circumvent usage limits or share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use automated scraping tools against our platform without written permission
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of our services
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and materials on our platform are owned by or licensed to SaaSSkul. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
Reports, audit outputs, and strategy documents generated for you are licensed to you for your business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the underlying platform, algorithms, or templates.
Agency Plan users are licensed to white-label PDF reports for use with their own clients, subject to not misrepresenting the source technology.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Results from our lead generation tools vary based on your industry, location, competition, ad spend, and implementation. See our Disclaimer for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SaaSSkul SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaaSSkul, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@saasskul.xyz. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on our Site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create legal risk for us. Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or our data retention policy.
