This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through SaaSSkul. We want you to be completely satisfied with our services and have structured our refund policy to be fair to all parties.
1. SaaS Subscription Plans (Plan A)
1.1 Free Plan
The Free Plan has no cost and therefore is not eligible for refunds. Usage is subject to monthly limits (3 audits, 3 AI plans).
1.2 Pro Plan ($29/month) & Agency Plan ($79/month)
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers to the Pro or Agency plan may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied. Contact us at support@saasskul.xyz within 7 days of payment.
- After 7 Days: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period.
- Renewals: If you forget to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
2. Done-For-You Services (Plan B)
2.1 Starter Package ($300)
- Before Work Begins: Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any deliverables have been started.
- After Work Begins: A prorated refund will be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed, less a 20% project management fee.
- After Delivery: No refunds once all deliverables have been completed and delivered.
2.2 Growth Package ($800)
- Before Work Begins: Full refund minus a $50 discovery/planning fee if cancelled within 48 hours of payment.
- After Discovery Call: 50% refund if cancelled after the discovery call but before any build work has started.
- After Build Begins: No refund once active build work has commenced. Work completed to date will be delivered.
2.3 Premium Package ($1,500+)
- Premium packages are governed by a separate service agreement signed at project commencement. Refund terms are specified in that agreement.
- In the absence of a separate agreement, a 30% non-refundable deposit applies upon project commencement.
- Ongoing monthly support fees are non-refundable for the current month.
3. Exceptions โ When We Will Always Refund
Regardless of the above, we will always issue a full refund if:
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error on our part
- We are unable to deliver the agreed services within a reasonable timeframe (14 business days for SaaS, project-specific timelines for DFY)
- We materially fail to deliver services as described at the time of purchase
- A charge-back is initiated due to unauthorized use of a payment method
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@saasskul.xyz with subject line: “Refund Request โ [Your Account Email]”
- Include your name, email address, date of purchase, amount paid, and reason for refund
- We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5โ10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We will respond to all chargeback disputes with full documentation of services rendered.
