This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules governing the use of SaaSSkul‘s platform, tools, and services at https://saasskul.xyz. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
1. Permitted Uses
You may use SaaSSkul’s services to:
- Audit your own business website or websites of clients you have permission to audit
- Generate AI-powered lead generation strategies for lawful business use
- Export and use PDF reports for your own business or your clients’ businesses
- Use white-label reports (Agency Plan) to deliver services to your own clients
- Integrate our AI lead agent on websites you own or manage
- Use cold email templates to conduct lawful B2B outreach in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our services to:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity
- Infringe upon any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
- Collect or harvest personal data without proper legal authority or consent
2.2 Spam & Unsolicited Communications
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) using our templates or tools
- Conduct cold outreach in jurisdictions where such outreach is prohibited without explicit consent
- Use our platform to scrape, harvest, or purchase email lists for mass unsolicited contact
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when conducting outreach
2.3 Platform Abuse
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits (free tier audit limits, monthly plan caps) by creating multiple accounts
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against our platform without written permission
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts, data, or private information
- Perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security testing on our platform without prior written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code, AI models, or proprietary algorithms
- Resell access to our platform or tools without a written reseller agreement
2.4 Harmful Content
- Use our AI tools to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
- Generate content that promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability
- Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing materials
- Use our services in connection with industries that facilitate illegal activities
2.5 Competitive Intelligence Abuse
- Use our platform to build competing products or services
- Systematically audit competitor websites to extract and replicate our proprietary scoring methodologies
3. Cold Email Compliance Requirements
If you use our cold email templates for outreach, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws, including:
- CAN-SPAM Act (USA): Include a physical mailing address, clear opt-out mechanism, and honest subject lines.
- CASL (Canada): Obtain express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages.
- GDPR (EU/UK): Have a lawful basis for processing recipient data; include your identity and contact details; honor opt-out requests within 10 days.
- PECR (UK): For B2B emails, ensure messages relate to the recipient’s professional role.
SaaSSkul provides templates as tools only. We are not responsible for how you conduct your outreach or any legal consequences arising from your email campaigns.
4. Fair Use of AI Tools
Our AI audit and strategy tools are subject to the following fair use expectations:
- Free Plan users: Maximum 3 audits and 3 AI plans per calendar month.
- Pro Plan users: Maximum 50 audits and 50 AI plans per calendar month.
- Agency Plan users: Unlimited usage, subject to reasonable use standards (not including automated bulk generation).
- Automated, bulk, or programmatic generation of reports at a rate that strains our systems is prohibited on all plans.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation, without prior notice
- Remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP
- Report unlawful activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by law
Terminated accounts for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
6. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, please report it to support@saasskul.xyz with as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP. We will notify active users of material changes by email.
